History will be made at the 41st Asian Racing Conference (ARC) with the global event heading to Riyadh for the first time next February to coincide with the 2026 Saudi Cup meeting.

Marking the theme of “Honouring Tradition - Shaping The Future”, the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA) and the Asian Racing Federation will welcome delegates from all over the world between February 9-14, 2026 for the conference, which is to be held at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Centre.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to attend The Saudi Cup race meeting, the JCSA’s marquee event, which takes place at King Abdulaziz Racecourse on February 14 and features the world’s richest race.

The 41st ARC gathers together leaders, experts and stakeholders from across the racing world to shape global and regional agendas for the benefit of the sport and its participants.

Guided by the conference theme, Honouring Tradition, Shaping the Future, the 41st ARC Business Programme will feature a number of plenary sessions designed to address current and emerging challenges and opportunities for racing.

Speakers from diverse fields – ranging from racing and other sports to technology, business, media and broadcasting – will share their insights and engage with audiences through keynote speeches, presentations and panel discussions from Tuesday February 10 to Thursday February 12.

Early bird tickets for the 41st ARC are priced at USD$1200 and available until October 16, 2025.
