Live Horseracing, Great Dining and Free Family Entertainment at Riyadh Racing Season
Riyadh Racing Season consists of 50 horseracing meetings at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh from 16 October 2025 until its culmination at Saudi Cup Weekend on 13 & 14 February 2026 which features the World’s Richest Race, the Saudi Cup worth US$20M. There are 12 races taking place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. A particular highlight this season is our new Friday Night Under the Lights series on Friday evenings from 28 November to 30 January offering free family entertainment, great prizes to be won, kids-eat-free offers and live music as well as 12 thrilling horse races from the floodlit track to enjoy. On the track, the most significant meetings outside of the season finale are Crown Prince Cups Night (5 December), Royal Cups Weekend (26 and 27 December) and Saudi Cup Trials Weekend (16 and 17 January) which is headlined by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup and King Abdulaziz Cup. The racecourse is the jewel in the crown of Saudi racing with picturesque viewing lawns, stylish lounges, top-class restaurants, private suites and ample free car parking.
