Board of Directors Resolution on the Relief and Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer

March 7, 2026 –

The Board of Directors of the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia approved the request of Mr. Ziad bin Saad AlMogren, Chief Executive Officer of the Club, to be relieved from his position, during its seventeenth meeting held on the evening of Thursday, 16th Ramadan 1447H, the 5th of March 2026, chaired by HRH Prince Bandar bin Khalid Al-Faisal. The Board has decided to appoint Mr. Ziad AlMogren as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.

The Board decided to assign HH Prince Salman bin Abdullah bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Saud as Chief Executive Officer of the Club, in addition to his continuation in the duties as the General-Secretary of the Board of Directors.

These decisions shall come into effect starting from Sunday, 10 Shawwal 1447H, corresponding to 29 March 2026.

HRH the Chairman of the Board, along with Their Highnesses, Excellencies and Honorable members of the Board of Directors expressed their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ziad bin Saad AlMogren for the sincere efforts he exerted during his tenure and the achievements realized therein, wishing him success in his upcoming duties. They also wished HH Prince Salman bin Abdullah success and guidance in his duties.

Sincere prayers for HH the CEO for success and guidance in his duties and all his affairs, and for Mr. Ziad bin Saad AlMogren success in his future endeavors.
